Jared Dopp Brings Home A Gold Medal In The Purple - Belt Division At The 2013 No-Gi World Championships

Jared Dopp is now a two-time winner at the No-Go World Championships. Last year he took home a title in the Blue-Belt Division, and this years Purple Belt win is a great way to go into 2014.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA, January 3, 2014 - One thing is for sure, Jared Dopp is fighting his way to the top of the BJJ world. He continued his upward movement at the 2013 No-Gi World Championships, held on November 2^nd & 3^rd, at Long Beach, California. He now has back-to-back wins in this world-famous tournament with a Blue-Belt win last year, and his Purple Belt win in 2013. Jared Dopp’s fans can rest assured they will be reading about more of his conquests as 2014 progresses. He proved to the crowd why he is part of Team Lovato.

Jared showed his superior skills through three tough matches. His training under Rafael Lovato, Jr., was evident as he executed his well-honed technique. Jared had the moves to overpower all three opponents. Team Lovato is one of the best trained and conditioned BJJ teams to walk into any world-class BJJ event and emerge on top. Jared, as always, made a tremendous showing for Team Lovato.

In his first professional tournament, the 2013 ADCC Submission World Championships, this young Purple Belt, who studied under renown Rafael Lovato, Jr., showed the world what he is made out of as he defeated World Champion Black Belt Leo Nogueira along with the defending ADCC Champion Vinny Magalhaes. Jared is the 2012 World Champion Blue Belt with and without the Gi.
