During the presentation Haase also shared his challenges hiring staff with fellow entrepreneurs. “You have to kind of get used to hearing when someone is telling the truth and when someone is giving you kind of a ... generic line,” Haase said. “A lot of that comes down to how you fine tune your job description and better filter out people who know what you’re looking for and really check into candidate’s references.”
