Let Your Stress Melt and Your Yoga Experience Soar with Kaya Yoga

April 22, 2014. Philadelphia, USA. Get in the swing of a new way to do yoga and let your yoga practice take flight close to home. The owners of Kaya Aerial yoga studio are ready to take you and your yoga routine to a whole new level (up off the floor!).

Tired of the same old ‘downward dog’ – make your yoga routine take flight with the experts at Kaya Aerial Yoga. Kaya wants your yoga routine to soar. With your help, the fun and unique studio can move to a prime location in Northern Liberties. The new studio will be in a hip upcoming area in the Piazza at Schmidts (near the current studio) with larger spaces and higher ceilings (15ft) and offer this unique fitness on a larger scale! Every donation counts and all funds raised will go towards securing the new space, moving expenses and aerial equipment ($5,000).

As studio owners & partners Leyna Schaeffer and Harrison Wright explain, “This will allow us to offer higher level circus arts, silks classes, hold exciting aerial events, higher level acrobatics, open circus jams and hold large floor practice classes, training's and workshops.” The co-owners are committed to offering fun and unique fitness classes including aerial yoga, acro yoga, aerial silks and aerial Lyra along with floor yoga to more people. This is the only acrobatic yoga studio in the tri-state area and the move to a larger studio will benefit the community as people re-discover ‘fun’. There are great perks for donations including the chance to win your own ‘yoga hammock’ and memberships. With your help, Kaya will be getting a new ‘higher flying’ home (Namaste). Their hope is to move as early as this fall.

Check out all the details and donate at the Kaya aerial yoga campaign. Even if you can’t donate, go online and check out the cool pics and share the links with all your friends on Facebook and Twitter.
