July 19th, 2013 – In light of the recent NSA scandal and the potential dangers of EMPs caused by possible terrorist attacks or rogue state actors, MobileSec Solutions LLC has developed the Starfish Defender 80 series. It contains two main product groups developed from the same technology: 1) a laptop EMP shield to protect electronics from upset or damage and 2) a cell phone blocker kit to prevent GPS and triangulation tracking as well as the risk of a cell phone being used as a roving microphone.
