A Lingerie Fashion Show Benefit Event Donates All Proceeds to Newtown/Sandy Hook School and Families

Come out to Grayslake for an evening of fun and entertainment in support of the Sandy Hook School Support Fund. 100% of Event and Raffle ticket proceeds will be donated to this worthy cause. Two downtown Grayslake businesses, The Fitting Room and Eminjayin Productions, are co-hosting the Valentine-themed benefit event which will be held at The Studio,123 Center Street, on Saturday February 9th from 7pm to 10pm.

Charities connect people with caring hearts, like Valentine's Day connects people of all ages. Business owners Bex Anderson and Harper Neilson, whose heart's felt heavy when hearing about the Sandy Hook tragedy, are taking action. "We want to show our love and support for the school and families in the Newtown/Sandy Hook Community through our businesses." says Anderson. "Hopefully the couples and singles attending will feel warmth and love from the Valentine-inspired evening and change lives by giving to this charitable cause."

The highlights of the evening will include a Lingerie Fashion Show preceded by a short burlesque revue and numerous raffles including a grand prize raffle. Several local businesses will do their part in making the evening memorable with refreshments provided by The Vine – Martini & Wine Bar, DJ entertainment and photo booth provided by Memory Makers, and products from The Bloom Room, Uniquely Sweet and The Fitting Room will be available for purchase in celebration of Valentine's Day. Paris Hair Design will provide the creative hair styling and airbrush make-up artistry for the "everyday" women modeling lingerie, and will have Gift Certificates available for purchase.

Tickets for the charity event are available now through The Fitting Room website for $10 in advance, or $15 at the door. Raffle tickets can also be purchased on the website, or at the door, for $5 each. In addition, separate donations to The Sandy Hook School Support Fund will be accepted.
