KAKA'AKO, HI--Ease Collection, a local apparel manufacturing company owned and operated in Honolulu, launches the "Be Ready" Campaign in efforts to promote September as National Preparedess Month. The company's flagship product, the Ease Face Mask, will be donated to children around the world to increase the awareness of breathing clean air.
During the month of September, families are encouraged to prepare for emergencies in their homes, businesses, schools and communities. In 2006, nationally organized Ready America issued a mandate which recommends every member within each household to have a personal safety kit. Within this kit is a dust mask. The Ease Face Mask exceeds all standard requirements for this dust mask, set by OHSA N95 Protection. Made from bamboo and cotton fabrics, these reusable masks are soft and stylish. They are available in different sizes to protect children and adults of all ages from harmful bacteria and other airborne pollutants.
Since the company began in 2008, Ease Collection has donated thousands of new masks to organizations around the world. Now they are asking for community support and involvement.
